How quickly can you come out?
Most bookings can be scheduled within a few days. You can see real-time availability when you start a booking.
Do I have to pay anything up front?
Yes — a small deposit is required to confirm a booking. The remainder is due once the work is done.
What ZIP codes do you serve?
We serve a focused local area today. Enter your ZIP at the start of a booking to confirm we cover you.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully insured. We can share details on request.
Do I need to be home?
We prefer someone to be home, but if the property is accessible with a lockbox we can work with that. Just let us know when booking.
How long do jobs take?
Every service includes an estimated duration shown at booking so we can schedule your appointment accurately.
What if something takes longer?
If a job runs longer than expected, we will schedule a follow-up visit at no extra charge. That said, work requiring permits or projects outside our scope may be declined at our discretion.
What if I need multiple tasks?
You can add as many services as you need in a single booking. If the total time exceeds your scheduled slot, we will set up an additional visit at no extra charge.
What is your cancellation policy?
- More than 48 hours out: cancel or reschedule at no charge.
- Inside 48 hours: your deposit is forfeited if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.
- No-shows: if a technician arrives and cannot access the property, the deposit is non-refundable.
- 100% Money-Back Guarantee: if the work is not done right, we will return to fix it at no cost. If you are still not satisfied, we will issue a full refund.
What about the required materials?
Material costs are not included in your booking price. Items such as hardware, electrical or plumbing components, anchors, caulk, or other specialty supplies will be billed separately on an itemized statement. You are also welcome to source and provide materials yourself.
Are you licensed?
Our technicians are not licensed for electrical or plumbing work, but they are well-qualified for minor repairs and general maintenance. Projects that require permits or involve large-scale plumbing or electrical work fall outside our scope and will be declined, with a full refund issued.
