Within 24 hours — cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

No-shows — if a technician arrives and cannot access the property, the booking is non-refundable.

We may offer exceptions for emergencies or safety concerns at our discretion.

All job costs are based on time spent on site and do not include materials. Any materials required for completion will be billed separately or supplied by the customer.

Prices shown when booking are an estimate based on the services you select. Your final price is confirmed once we're on site and can change if the job runs longer than estimated.

Handy Home Services reserves the right to decline jobs that are larger than described, exceed the estimated time, or require permits or licensed trades. Jobs requiring permits or specialized licensing will be referred to qualified professionals.
